Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Amore Sample, we want every purchase to be a source of joy and confidence. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, and we are always here to help.
Return period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed with us.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized items, made-to-measure items, lingerie, swimwear, and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” and declared according to courier requirements.
- Slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.
- Fit preference or personal expectations are not considered defects.
Important
For returns based on personal preference (including fit, style, or color perception), we offer exchange or Store Credit only.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will carefully review your case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Options available for you
1. Exchange for another size
If the item feels right but the size does not, you can easily exchange it for the same model in another size (subject to availability).
2. Exchange for another model
If the size you need is unavailable, you may choose a different model from our collection.
- If the new item costs more → you simply pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less → the difference is credited back to you as Store Credit.
3. Store Credit — your personal boutique balance
When an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue Store Credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- Store Credit has no expiration date.
- You can use it partially or fully on any future purchase.
- It is issued in your name and stored securely in our system — so it cannot be lost.
- Think of it as your personal Amore Sample boutique card that always stays with you.

Items made according to your measurements or special requests are considered custom pieces. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Where possible, we may offer adjustments or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Delivery duties & return conditions
By placing an order with Amore Sample, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and any additional fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid upon request by the courier.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and being available to receive the shipment, including responding to any communication from the courier service.
Failed Delivery & Refusal of Shipment
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, failure to respond to the courier, or refusal to pay import duties and taxes, this will be considered a failure to accept delivery.
Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above:
- The order will not be eligible for a full refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during the return process may be deducted from the total amount
- We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund
Delivery failure, refused shipments & customer resposibility
The customer is fully responsible for successfully receiving the shipment, including:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Being available for delivery
- Responding to courier communication
- Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact details provided at checkout (email and/or phone number). This may include one or more notifications regarding delivery issues.
If the customer does not respond within the timeframe provided by the courier:
- The shipment may be returned to origin (RTO), abandoned, or destroyed
- All shipping costs (original and return), duties, taxes, and any related fees will be deducted from the order amount
- Refunds, if applicable, will be reduced accordingly or issued as store credit
- The order is considered fulfilled
- No refund will be issued
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for receiving the shipment.
