Refund policy

Returns

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. For fit or change-of-mind returns, tracked return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the measurements published on its product page.

Email team@amoresample.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide a return authorisation and the correct return address. Please do not send a parcel without authorisation.

We reply within one business day.

Refunds and currency conversion

Charged in Indonesian rupiah. Prices in other currencies are indicative — the card network sets the conversion rate and your bank may add its own fee.

Alterations and remakes

If a piece does not match the measurements published on its product page, we remake or repair it at no cost and cover shipping in both directions. If the piece matches the size chart and you would prefer it made to your measurements, we can quote a paid alteration or remake before you decide.

Import duties

Import duties are covered by Amore Sample. If customs charges you anything on delivery, accept the shipment and email the receipt to team@amoresample.com with your order number and we will reimburse the charge on the same business day we receive it, and in any case no later than the next business day.

If an order is later returned, any reimbursed import duty will be deducted from the refund, except where applicable law does not permit this.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email within minutes of purchase.
They never expire.

A gift card can be redeemed on any piece in the wardrobe,
including made to measure. It can be used across several
orders until the balance runs out. The remaining balance
is shown at checkout.

Gift cards are issued in Indonesian rupiah, the currency
of our store. Prices shown in other currencies are converted
at the current rate, so the amount in your currency may
change over time. The rupiah balance stays the same.

An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of
purchase, in line with our returns policy. Once a gift card
has been used, in full or in part, it cannot be refunded
or exchanged for cash.

There are no processing or inactivity fees.

If a gift card is lost, write to us at team@amoresample.com
with the order number and we will reissue the code to the
same email address.

Applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
