Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where payment cannot be authorised, information is materially incorrect, an item is unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent.

Charged in Indonesian rupiah. Prices in other currencies are indicative — the card network sets the conversion rate and your bank may add its own fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in Indonesian rupiah to the original payment method. Because exchange rates move and your bank applies its own conversion, the amount shown in your local currency may be slightly higher or lower than the original payment.

Alterations and remakes

If a piece does not match the measurements published on its product page, we remake or repair it at no cost and cover shipping in both directions. If the piece matches the size chart and you would prefer it made to your measurements, we can quote a paid alteration or remake before you decide.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
