Cancelling an order

Orders are dispatched from Bali within 1–2 business days, so there is a short window in which an order can be cancelled.

Before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Email team@amoresample.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in Indonesian rupiah; your bank applies its own conversion, so the amount in your local currency may differ slightly from what you paid.

After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.

One-time purchases only
We do not offer subscriptions, pre-orders or try-before-you-buy. Your card is charged once, at checkout, and never again.
