How do I choose a size?

Use the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes or need help, email team@amoresample.com with your measurements before ordering.

Is every piece made to order?

Yes. Amore Sample pieces are made to order in Bali. This approach helps us reduce waste and give each garment the attention it needs.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do I have to pay import duties?

No. Import duties are covered by Amore Sample. If customs charges you anything on delivery, accept the shipment and email the receipt to team@amoresample.com with your order number and we will reimburse the charge the same business day.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. Your payment is processed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), and your bank converts the amount automatically.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email team@amoresample.com with your order number before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item matches the published size chart and the return is due to fit or a change of mind, tracked return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if my piece does not match the size chart?

If a garment does not match the measurements published on its product page, we will remake or alter it at no cost.

Can you make a piece to my measurements?

Yes. Because our pieces are made to order, custom sizing may be available. Email team@amoresample.com with the product name and your measurements before ordering so we can confirm the details.

How do I contact Amore Sample?
