How do I choose a size?

Use the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes or need help, email team@amoresample.com with your measurements before ordering.

Is every piece made to order?

Yes. Every piece is cut and sewn to order in our atelier in Bali. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from Bali within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide. A small number of destinations cannot be selected at checkout: Belarus, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan and Ukraine. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to us at team@amoresample.com or on WhatsApp.

Do I have to pay import duties?

Import duties are covered by Amore Sample. If customs charges you anything on delivery, accept the shipment and email the receipt to team@amoresample.com with your order number and we will reimburse the charge on the same business day we receive it, and in any case no later than the next business day.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. Your payment is processed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), and your bank converts the amount automatically.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For fit or change-of-mind returns, tracked return shipping is paid by the customer. Email team@amoresample.com with your order number before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer for fit or change-of-mind returns. Amore Sample covers return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the measurements published on its product page.

Can you adjust the fit?

If a piece does not match the measurements published on its product page, we remake or repair it at no cost. If it matches the size chart and you would prefer a custom fit, we can provide an individual quote before you decide.

How do I contact Amore Sample?

Email team@amoresample.com. Our team works Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 WITA (UTC+8), and is closed on Indonesian public holidays. We reply within one business day.
