The EU*:

Free shipping on all orders over 850$ USD.

Shipping to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine is temporarily unavailable. We do not deliver to Sudan, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

WHEN AND HOW CAN I USE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please review the approximate delivery time frames below. Kindly note that all Amore Sample orders ship from our warehouse in the Bali. If you are placing an order from outside the Bali, your package will be subject to customs clearance, which may extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over these processes and cannot specify exact timeframes for customs clearance.
To expedite this process, please monitor your email inbox after placing your order. Customs authorities may contact you via email to request specific documents for clearance. The sooner you provide the required documents, the quicker your parcel can pass through customs.
The Bali - same or next business day delivery.
The EU:
Standard Shipping - 2-3 business days.
The EU - 4-10 business days depending on the final country destination*.
*Please be aware that customs authorities will request you to fill out paperwork for customs clearance, which may result in an increased delivery time.
The UK - 4-6 business days.
The USA - 6-12 business days*.
*Please be aware that customs authorities will request you to fill out paperwork for customs clearance on orders over 800 USD, which may result in an increased delivery time.
The UZ, AZ, KZ - 4-7 business days.
All other destinations - 5-10 business days.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?
Taxes and duties are included in the product price on our website. After completing the order online, you won’t have to pay any additional duties or taxes when the package arrives.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER FROM CATEGORY PRE-ORDER ONLY OR EARLY ACCESS?
Please refer to the timeframes listed on each product card when ordering items from Pre-order Only or Early Access. Once the warehouse receives your Pre-order or Early Access order, we will send you an email notification. Your order will then be dispatched and delivered according to the shipping schedules for your destination.
